Description:
Originally the golf course was designed by Dave Thomas as a 9-hole course, however Mar Menor has now been extended from 9 to 18 holes. With the new extension to this popular development it now boasts a Jack Nicklaus 18 hole golf course, a sports centre, tennis courts and a new commercial centre.

The resort which has golf professionals on site to assist any newcomers or anyone wishing to brush up on their swing, also has a practice putting area and driving range which is open every day.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort is located on the site of a former citrus orchard, and is designed around the focal point of the social and leisure centre and the main club house. The whole development is in secluded private surroundings with 24-hour security. There are wide avenues and streets linking gardens to parks and golfing greens. There are exclusive shops, restaurants and a supermarket home delivery service. There is even a nursery school for the very young. And the whole development uses an ecological friendly watering system with recycled water.

Just a short 40 minutes drive from Alicante Airport and 10 minutes from Murcia Airport you are just less than 5 minutes away from the delightful beaches of Mar Menor.

Information and Reservations:
The strict dress code of the club must be respected all times. If you are not dressed correctly, the marshals will not allow you to play the course. It is obligatory to rake bunkers, replace divots and repair all pitch marks.

Summer, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Winter, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m
